British Paediatric Neurology Association
Dear Colleagues
We are delighted to invite you to the 34th Annual Meeting of the British Paediatric Neurology Association which will take place next year in Leeds.
As the Kaiser Chiefs say “everything in Leeds is brilliant!”
A glance at the map of the UK will show that Leeds is in the centre and connected to everywhere. We hope to celebrate this geographical fact in a meeting that will reflect both the growing vista of the world of paediatric neurosciences as well as our local interests. The programme will be of relevance and interest to all members of the association and our allied disciplines comprising poster and oral sessions, invited speakers and personal practice sessions.
The BPNA has always valued close links with other disciplines and this year, in a new departure for the association, the MacKeith lecture will be given by a Professor of history, George Rousseau, a director of the Oxford History of Childhood Unit.
The meeting will be held in the heartland of old Leeds at the new home of the Royal Armouries. It is a short walk along the river Aire to the centre of Leeds and there is a choice of hotels within easy walking distance of the conference.
As before there will be a reduction for those booking early.
We look forward to seeing you in January.
Best wishes.
